Villa Policies:
• There is a no-smoking policy in place (indoor and outdoor). A $500 USD penalty can be added.
• No pets allowed.
• All groups must have a member of 30 years of age as a signing renter.
*Rates are subject to an additional $15 USD service fee and a 20% tax.
