Casita Oasis

Casita Oasis | 3-Bedroom Villa, Walk to Palmilla Beach

Sleeps 8 | 3 Bedrooms | 3 Full + 1 Half Baths | Multi-Level | Villas del Mar, Palmilla, San José del Cabo

Casita Oasis is a three-bedroom villa in Villas del Mar, inside Palmilla, and its real advantage is a short walk away: Playa Palmilla, one of the very few residential beaches in Los Cabos where you can actually swim. Most of this coast cannot make that claim.

It is not a beachfront house — you walk to the sand rather than step onto it — and it is multi-level, with stairs. We say both plainly. For eight guests who want Palmilla without a twelve-bedroom estate around them, it is the right size.

Housekeeping is included, and the Blue Desert Cabo concierge — included with every stay — arranges a chef, a butler, groceries, airport transport, spa, yachts and golf.

A Swimmable Beach, on Foot

Playa Palmilla is a sheltered cove with calm turquoise water, and it is one of the handful of beaches in Los Cabos where swimming is genuinely possible rather than simply photogenic. From Casita Oasis it is a short walk, not a drive. Conditions do change with the season, and your concierge will tell you what to expect for your dates.

The Right Size for Eight

Three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms inside the gated Villas del Mar enclave of Palmilla. It gives a family or two couples the address without the scale — and without paying for rooms nobody sleeps in.
