Lucia Noir is a contemporary eight-bedroom villa in Pedregal, the oldest and most established rental community in Cabo San Lucas. It sleeps 24 guests across three levels and 9,000 square feet, which makes it one of the highest-capacity houses on this side of Los Cabos.
The design is deliberate and unlike anything else in Cabo: a palette of Aztec gold, smoky black and white, with teak and cedar finishes and onyx and granite countertops. A gourmet chef's kitchen in stainless steel is paired with a separate butler kitchen, so when you bring in a chef the cooking happens out of sight. A teak dining table and a smoky-black granite breakfast bar seat the whole group.
Outside there are two swimming pools and a jacuzzi that looks out over the city lights at night, with loungers, bucket seats and outdoor sofas spread across all three levels. For anyone keeping a routine on holiday, there is a private sauna and a cold plunge.
The location is walkable, which is rare here: two minutes on foot to the community café and the tennis and pickleball courts, and about ten minutes to the marina and downtown Cabo San Lucas.

Yes — two swimming pools, plus a jacuzzi positioned for the view over the city lights at night.

Can you arrange a private chef?
Yes. Tell us your dates and we will quote a chef for one meal or for the whole stay; groceries are billed separately. The villa is unusually well set up for it, with a gourmet chef's kitchen plus a separate butler kitchen so preparation and clean-up stay out of your living space.
What is the butler kitchen?
A second, detached kitchen for staff use, so a chef can work without taking over the main kitchen. The main chef's kitchen stays open for you.
How many levels does the villa have?
Three, with seating and lounging areas on each. There are stairs between them, so tell us in advance if anyone has mobility needs.
Is it good for large groups and celebrations?
It is built for them — 24 beds and big gathering spaces. Any event with additional guests or outside vendors needs approval in advance, so tell us what you have in mind before booking.
Can we swim at the beach?
Pedregal is on the Pacific side, where the water is generally not safe for swimming. For swimming we arrange Medano Beach, a beach club or a boat.

No. Lucia Noir does not accept pets.

The marina, downtown restaurants and nightlife are a ten-minute walk. Medano Beach is a short drive, and Los Cabos International Airport is roughly 45 minutes.
