The villa sits directly on a stretch of white sand overlooking the Sea of Cortez, offering seclusion and calm just 20–25 minutes from the restaurants, galleries and golf of San José del Cabo.
Across approximately 6,950 square feet, the property comprises a spacious main house and four separate guest casitas, with ocean views throughout and outdoor living just steps from the sand. Guests enjoy a heated pool with a poolside palapa swim-up bar and jacuzzi, a fire pit, an outdoor bar and al fresco dining, a gas BBQ, a Sonos sound system, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, an indoor bar and a private gym.
A rare highlight is the private convertible tennis and pickleball court, and the beachfront setting adds sea kayaks and stand-up paddle boards for exploring the water right from the shore. Casa Bellamar sleeps up to 20 guests across nine bedrooms and nine and a half bathrooms; seven bedrooms have a king bed, and a two-room family suite (one queen, plus two twins and a queen) shares a bathroom and has its own exterior entrance. Four of the king bedrooms are private casitas with their own exterior entrances. Daily housekeeping is included, except Sundays and holidays.
The Blue Desert Cabo concierge can arrange a private chef and butler, spa treatments, airport transportation, golf, yacht charters and curated Los Cabos experiences. Weddings and special events are welcome (see event details below).

Casa Bellamar can host weddings and special events for up to 100 guests, with a 4-night minimum stay plus an event fee:
