To be clear about what it is: this is a penthouse apartment inside a beachfront community, not a standalone private villa. What you get instead is the top floor, a terrace that wraps the corner, and an ocean view that a ground-level house cannot match.
Sunrise and sunset from the same terrace
The name means “two suns”, and the corner position earns it: the wraparound terrace catches both the sunrise and the sunset over the Sea of Cortez. On it there is an outdoor dining table, sun loungers, a barbecue, and a private jacuzzi built into the terrace — yours, not shared.
Inside
The living, dining and kitchen areas run together as one open space under vaulted ceilings, with windows on two sides. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a granite island and bar seating. All three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets; the primary bathroom has a jetted tub and a separate shower. There is a washer and dryer in the unit.

Yes. The community has direct beach access. The penthouse itself is not on the sand — you walk down through the grounds.

A private jacuzzi, an outdoor dining table, sun loungers and a barbecue. Because the terrace wraps the corner of the building, it catches both sunrise and sunset.
Which floor is it on, and is there an elevator?
It is on the 5th floor — the top floor, and yes, the building has an elevator. Nobody carries luggage up five flights on arrival, and guests who cannot manage stairs are not ruled out.

Is there golf?
Cabo del Sol is one of the best-known golf communities in Los Cabos. Golf is not included in the rental — tee times are arranged separately and are subject to the club. Our concierge will book them for you.

Yes. A fully equipped kitchen with a granite island and bar seating, and a washer and dryer inside the unit.
Can Blue Desert Cabo arrange a chef and groceries?
Yes. Our concierge arranges private chefs, pre-arrival grocery stocking, transport, golf tee times, boats and fishing. These are quoted separately from the rental rate.
How far is the airport?
San Jose del Cabo International Airport is about 25 to 30 minutes by car.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Are pets allowed? Can we smoke?
Please ask us about pets — it has to be confirmed for your dates before you travel. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the villa. Guests who wish to smoke may do so outside, in the open-air areas.
