Casa Maravillas sits inside Punta Ballena, the gated headland community that is also home to Esperanza, Auberge Resorts Collection. It is one of the quietest addresses on the Cabo San Lucas side of the corridor: a guarded gate, no through traffic, and open views over the Sea of Cortez from the terrace.
The villa has four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms across 4,189 square feet, sleeping eight. Three bedrooms have a King bed and one has a Double. The living areas open straight onto the terrace, so the pool and the view are part of the room rather than something you walk out to.
Outside there is a private pool and a jacuzzi, a covered outdoor dining area and a grill. Two things set Casa Maravillas apart from most villas its size: a golf cart is included with the stay, and guests have access to the Punta Ballena Beach Club. Esperanza's spa and restaurants are a short walk away.
The community is gated with 24-hour security. Cabo San Lucas, the marina and the town's restaurants are about ten minutes by car; Los Cabos International Airport is roughly 40 minutes. Housekeeping is included.
