Spanning approximately 4,500 square feet, the villa opens to a private heated infinity-edge pool and jacuzzi, two terraces, an outdoor dining area with a gas BBQ, chaise loungers and shaded seating — all framed by sweeping ocean and mountain views. Inside, a gourmet kitchen, fireplace, air conditioning, ceiling fans and a Sonos sound system round out the comfort.
Casa Nirvana offers four en-suite bedrooms plus a separate den with a pull-out sofa and its own en-suite bathroom — flexible extra sleeping space — sleeping up to 10 guests, with four and a half bathrooms in total. Daily housekeeping is included (except Sundays and holidays).
