Poco Paraíso is a two-storey villa in Puerto Los Cabos, on the San José del Cabo end of the corridor. The whole house is built around the view: floor-to-ceiling glass and sliding pocket doors frame the Sea of Cortez from nearly every room, and the beach is a three-minute walk.

There are five bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, plus three half baths, sleeping twelve across 7,800 square feet. Beyond the bedrooms it is a house built for staying in: an in-home gym, a sauna, a billiards table and a proper theater room with a sectional sofa and a large HDTV.

Outdoors there is an infinity pool, a jacuzzi and a cold plunge on the poolside terrace, an outdoor kitchen with a Teppanyaki grill and a stainless gas barbecue, alfresco dining, outdoor bar seating, ten pool loungers and a fire pit with bench seating. The gourmet chef’s kitchen inside is set up for a private chef, and we can arrange one.

Puerto Los Cabos is a golf community — 27 holes designed by Jack Nicklaus and Greg Norman, running through the hills and along the coast. Guests also get access to the community beach club and gym, which have a full-service bar and restaurant; this carries a community access fee, quoted with your stay.

In Puerto Los Cabos, the gated golf and marina community just outside San José del Cabo, on the Sea of Cortez side. Los Cabos International Airport is roughly 20 minutes away.

How far is the beach?

About a three-minute walk to Puerto Los Cabos Beach. Ocean conditions vary through the year, so ask your concierge before swimming.

Is the beach club included?

Guests have access to the community beach club and gym, which have a full-service bar and restaurant. There is a community access fee for this — we include it in your quote so there are no surprises on arrival. Food and drinks there are charged separately.

Is there golf?

Puerto Los Cabos has 27 holes designed by Jack Nicklaus and Greg Norman, running through the community and along the coastline. Green fees and tee times are arranged separately and are subject to availability.

Is the pool private?

Yes — the infinity pool, the jacuzzi and the cold plunge all belong to the villa and are not shared.

Is there a gym and a sauna at the villa?

Yes, both inside the house, plus a cold plunge on the poolside terrace. There is also a community gym at the beach club.

Is there a theater room?

Yes — a dedicated theater room with a sectional sofa and a large HDTV, plus a billiards table elsewhere in the house.

What is the outdoor kitchen like?

It has a Teppanyaki grill and a stainless steel gas barbecue, with alfresco dining and outdoor bar seating alongside.

Can you arrange a private chef?

Yes. The gourmet kitchen is built for it and we can arrange a chef for one meal or the whole stay. Groceries are billed separately.

How many floors does the villa have?

Two. There are stairs between them, so tell us in advance if anyone in your group has mobility needs.

Are pets allowed?

No. Poco Paraíso does not accept pets.
