Casa Oliver is the largest villa we represent: seventeen thousand square feet of house and five thousand more of terraces, beachfront in Puerto Los Cabos with its own private beach. Eighteen guests, seven bedrooms, and an en-suite bathroom for every one of them — at this size, nobody sharing a bathroom is genuinely unusual.
It also has something we have not found in another villa in Los Cabos: a painting studio. Easels, a solid wood work table, finished canvases, a wall of paint tubes and a sink. A real studio, not a desk with a sketchpad. If someone in your group paints, that room alone may decide the trip.
The pool is a 100-foot heated infinity pool with a jacuzzi, a sun shelf where the chairs sit in the water, and a separate children's pool. On the sand, the staff set up the cabana with furniture and umbrellas every single day, with eight beach chairs already waiting. Kayaks and paddle boards are included, and a beach room with showers and storage means the wet gear never crosses the living room.
Inside: a cinema for sixteen with leather recliners, beanbags, its own kitchen with a wet bar and a Kalido surround system. A serious gym — treadmill, elliptical, recumbent bike, Technogym Kinesis, free weights and yoga — with its own bathroom and shower, a screen and a drinks fridge. A spa room with two massage tables, mani-pedi stations and a stone heater. A floor-to-ceiling library, a dining table for fourteen open to the kitchen, and an interior courtyard with trees at the heart of the house. A houseman is included with your stay.
The Painting Studio
A dedicated art studio with easels, a heavy wooden work table, a wall of paints and a sink for washing up. It was not mentioned anywhere until we went through the photographs one by one. We have not come across another rental villa in Los Cabos with one.
The Villa for Golfers
Guests have preferential tee times at both Puerto Los Cabos courses — the Jack Nicklaus and the Greg Norman — and Puerto Los Cabos is still open to the public. That matters more each year: Palmilla's Arroyo and Mountain courses went members-only in 2025, its ocean holes are closing for renovation from December, and Cabo Real goes private from 1 November 2026. Green fees and cart are paid separately; the preferential access is the part that comes with the house.
Your Own Beach, Set Up Daily
The lawn ends at the sand and the beach in front is the villa's. Every morning the staff set out the cabana, the furniture and the umbrellas, and eight beach chairs are already there. The beach room, with showers and storage for the water gear, keeps the sand and the wet towels out of the house. Kayaks and paddle boards are included; your concierge will tell you how the sea is running during your dates.
A 100-Foot Pool, a Cinema for Sixteen, a Gym and a Spa Room
The infinity pool runs a hundred feet and is heated, with a jacuzzi, a sun shelf and a children's pool of its own. The cinema seats sixteen in leather recliners with its own kitchen and wet bar. The gym is a real one, with its own bathroom. The spa room holds two massage tables — the room is included; therapists and treatments are paid separately, and we bring them to you rather than sending you out to a spa.
One Honest Note About Dinner
The indoor dining table seats fourteen, and the house sleeps eighteen. With a full group we also set the terrace or bring in a longer table — we would rather tell you now than have you discover it at seven in the evening.

Is Casa Oliver beachfront, and can you swim?
Yes, it is beachfront with its own private beach. We do not promise swimmable water without checking — your concierge will tell you how the sea is running for your exact dates. The 100-foot pool, the jacuzzi, the sun shelf and the children's pool are always there, along with kayaks and paddle boards.
Is the pool heated?
Yes. The 100-foot infinity pool is heated, with a jacuzzi, a sun shelf where the chairs sit in the water, and a separate children's pool.
Is housekeeping included?
Yes, and a houseman is included with your stay as well.
Is a private chef available, and how is it charged?
Yes, on request. Chef service is quoted by meal and number of guests: for 13 to 18 people, breakfast or lunch is USD 420 and dinner USD 520, plus 16% IVA. Groceries for the menu are billed separately with a 30% service charge, and your concierge confirms the full amount in writing before your stay.
Is butler service available?
A houseman is included with the villa. Additional butler service is available on request at USD 25 per hour with a four-hour minimum, plus tax.
Is concierge service included?
Yes. Blue Desert Cabo concierge service is included with every stay. Your concierge arranges a private chef, grocery pre-stocking, airport transportation, spa therapists, yacht charters, sport fishing and golf. The services themselves are quoted separately.
Are pets allowed at Casa Oliver?
No. Casa Oliver does not accept pets.
Is smoking allowed at Casa Oliver?
Smoking is not permitted indoors; it is allowed outside. If there is evidence of smoking inside, a fee of USD 250 plus IVA applies for each hour of cleaning required, in addition to the cost of cleaning curtains, rugs and soft furnishings.
Can we host a wedding or an event at Casa Oliver?
Events are not automatic. Ask before booking and your concierge will confirm in writing what is possible for your dates, along with any fee, community permit or deposit that applies.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. If you need either one adjusted, ask your concierge in advance and we will tell you whether it is possible for your dates.
Is there really a painting studio?
Yes — a proper art studio with easels, a solid wood work table, a wall of paint tubes and a sink. It is the only one we know of in a Los Cabos rental villa.
Can we play golf, and is it included?
