Villa Las Arenas sits on the oceanfront in Punta Ballena, right beside Esperanza, Auberge Resorts Collection, a few minutes outside Cabo San Lucas. It is a single-storey villa for up to 8 guests, and the whole layout is built around one idea: the Pacific in front of you, all day, from wherever you happen to be standing.
The pool deck runs along the ocean, with a palapa for shade and a fire pit where the sound of the waves does most of the work. There is a hot tub for the evenings and, on the other side of the house, a stone courtyard with a fountain and lounge chairs — the quiet corner for when someone wants to read instead of swim.
Four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, all en-suite with satellite television. The primary has a king bed and a jacuzzi bathtub; two more have king beds; and the fourth has two queen beds in a guest casita. Because the villa is on a single level with no stairs, it works for grandparents and for anyone travelling with limited mobility — tell your concierge about specific needs and we will confirm the details before you book.
Daily housekeeping is included, along with private check-in and a villa manager. Next door, Esperanza’s restaurants and spa can be booked through your concierge, subject to availability. Ánima Village, with its boutiques and restaurants, is a short drive, as are supermarkets and the marina at Cabo San Lucas.
